Return Conditions
- Products must be returned within 7 days of receipt
- Products must be completely unopened with original sealed packaging intact
- Opened products cannot be accepted for return due to hygiene and safety reasons
- All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be complete
- Customized products are not eligible for return
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team to initiate a return request
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- After receiving return authorization, ship the product back following our instructions
- Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days

Refund Method Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

- Return shipping costs for other reasons are the customer's responsibility
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the product is defective)

Damaged or Defective Products If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. We will provide a free replacement or full refund.
