Shipping policy

  • Complete confidentiality in all aspects of delivery

2. Order Processing Time

  • Standard Products: Processed within 2-5 business days
  • Customized Products: Processed within 5-10 business days (depending on customization requirements)
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or Hong Kong public holidays
  • During peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, Valentine's Day), processing may take an additional 2-3 business days
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We ship internationally from Hong Kong via trusted carriers including DHL, FedEx, UPS, and Hong Kong Post.

To United States:

  • Express Shipping: 5-10 business days
  • Standard Shipping: 10-20 business days

To Canada:

  • Express Shipping: 7-12 business days
  • Standard Shipping: 12-25 business days

To Other Regions:

  • Delivery times vary by destination (15-30 business days)

Note: Delivery times are estimates only and begin from the shipment date, not the order date. Actual delivery may be affected by customs clearance, weather conditions, remote locations, or carrier delays.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method
  • Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount (promotional offers will be displayed at checkout)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of defective products or shipping errors

5. Order Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking number(s) once your order ships
  • Tracking information will be active within 24-48 hours after shipment
  • You can track your package through the carrier's website or our order tracking page
  • Please allow sufficient time for tracking updates, especially during customs clearance

6. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

Important: International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees determined by your country's customs authority.

  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees
  • Payment: These fees are collected by the carrier or customs at the time of delivery
  • No Control: We have no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount
  • Customs Delays: Customs clearance may add 3-10 business days to delivery time
  • Recommendation: Contact your local customs office for information about potential fees before ordering

Refusal to pay customs fees will result in package return to sender, and you will not receive a refund for shipping costs or customs-related fees.

7. Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before completing your order
  • We are not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses
  • Address changes after shipment may incur additional fees or may not be possible
  • P.O. Boxes may not be accepted for certain shipping methods

8. Adult Signature Requirement

  • Some shipments may require adult signature (18+ or 19+ depending on jurisdiction) upon delivery
  • Please ensure someone of legal age is available to sign for the package
  • If no one is available, the carrier will leave a notice for pickup or rescheduled delivery

9. Delivery Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • Once the carrier confirms delivery, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages
  • We recommend shipping to a secure location or requiring signature confirmation
  • For high-value orders, we suggest purchasing shipping insurance

Damaged Packages:

  • If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and product immediately
  • Contact us within 48 hours at zhangyunjun2022@gmail.com with photos and your order number
  • We will work with you to file a claim with the carrier or arrange a replacement

Undeliverable Packages:

  • If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or unclaimed status, you will be responsible for reshipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable in these cases

10. Shipping Restrictions

  • We ship to most countries worldwide, but some regions may have restrictions
  • We cannot ship to countries where adult products are prohibited by law
  • Military addresses (APO/FPO) may have limited shipping options

  • Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled

  • Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages
